About this item: This stunning pendant captures the essence of the nocturnal alley cat, who lurks in the shadows and prefers to go unnoticed. Handcrafted by Balinese artisan Made Wardika, the circular pendant features a smiling crescent moon carved from bone, accompanied by a sterling silver cat. Garnet gemstones flank them, with amethyst and peridot gems adorning the top and bottom. The necklace is finished with a combination of oxidized and high-polish finishes, creating a striking visual contrast.

About the artist: Made Wardika began his journey as a woodcarver in junior high and continued to hone his craft through high school. He later learned to carve horn, bone, and wood, drawing inspiration from Bali's art, culture, and traditions. Today, with the support of his family, he creates unique jewelry pieces using traditional tools and techniques.
